Who We Are

The Grace RC volunteer team drives the day-to-day work of the organization and is complimented by an experienced, passionate and independent board of directors who provide oversight to ensure alignment with GRACE’s mission and core values.  

Amy Bullimore, President

Amy Bullimore is passionate about GRACE and working with individuals with differing abilities; she seeks to impact many lives through promoting a more accessible and inclusive world. Amy's faith is a vital part of her passion and fuels her desire to see more individuals with disabilities within churches across the world. In 2018, Amy graduated from Ohio Northern University with a B.S. in Exercise Physiology. At ONU she played on the varsity women’s basketball team for four years, where she earned All-American honors and became the schools leading scorer and rebounder. In her professional career, she got started as an RBT/paraprofessional at the Warren County Learning Center and Warren County Wellness Center, where she worked with intense children with disabilities and mental health concerns to become successful in their schools, homes, and communities. Amy now works at Rivers Crossing as the administrative coordinator for the children's ministry and oversees the disability ministry. Amy has spent time coaching basketball at the AAU and High School levels. Amy is a resident of Morrow, Ohio. 

Kevin Dineen, Secretary

Kevin Dineen is the VP Legal for Cartamundi.  Cartamundi is the largest playing card company in the world, with headquarters in Belgium and 15 manufacturing facilities globally.  Cartamundi owns iconic playing card brands including Bicycle, Bee, Tally-Ho and Hoyle.  Kevin was previously Assistant General Counsel at Luxottica, where he led a team of attorneys and paralegals responsible for Luxottica's North American acquisitions and commercial transactions, including for its LensCrafters, Pearle Vision, Oakley and Ray-Ban brands.  Kevin and his wife Susan have two children, McKenzie and Joshua.  Kevin's passion for special needs ministry stems from his relationship with his son Joshua who has Down syndrome. Kevin and his family reside in Cincinnati and are actively involved at Rivers Crossing Church.  

Rick Huff

Rick Huff is currently serving as a volunteer care pastor for Crossroads Mason, where he is a small group onsite groups leader as well. Rick attended Southern Illinois University where he played football, and also wrestled at Miami University; where he completed a ministerial internship with Church of God in Cleveland, TN.  He is an ordained minister through Towne Church of God and has authored numerous small group Bible studies. Rick has been the police and fire chaplain for the city of Mason since 1996. He is also a retired truant officer for Mason City Schools. Rick was formerly the senior pastor at Living Way Church in Mason, OH. Rick and his wife Christina reside in Mason, OH where they raised their three sons: Matt, David, and Jonathan. They have been happily married since 1981. Rick’s passion for GRACE stems from his relationship with his oldest son, Matt, who has autism, as well as his interest in sports and coaching. Rick has coached football, wrestling, and track since 1998.  

Karmen Huffman

Karmen Huffman has been the director of the Goddard School in South Lebanon, Ohio since May of 2003. She Graduated from Cedarville University in 1997 with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and minors in bible and early childhood education. She has been in the early education field for over 19 years and has received the prestigious title of Director of the Year from Goddard in both 2004 and 2008. The Goddard School has received the top honor of the President’s Club Award for the past 13 years; which is only awarded to the top 3% of the Goddard schools in the country. She credits her faith in God for giving her the strength and integrity to run an early childhood program that allows each child to develop to his/her potential. Karmen has worked hard to make the Goddard school as inclusive as possible and serves several students with disabilities. Karmen and her husband Nate reside in Maineville, OH and have 3 kids, Maddie, Gabe and Chandler.
